- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've had my taxes done here a number of times, and in fact the first time they did my taxes their accountant suggested that I redo some of my back filings. He was able to find multiple instances in my back taxes where I could have saved money. He refiled a couple of years and that current year and I got back a really nice size check. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆By far the worst customer service I've ever encountered. So many tasks fell through the cracks and when I brought them to the owner's attention, I was called a liar. Even after the employees at fault admitted they had let things slide, he argued with me. I fired them last week and today I got yet another letter from the state that my employee tax report for the the last quarter were not done. I highly recommend you stay away from this lazy and dishonest company.By Amy Wurster, February 10, 2017
