- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I can only share MY experience, and today, Eric Dougla's employee, Amanda Mallory, took it over the top for this paying client. READ ON!!! To be clear YOU ROCK! If I never tell you again, you did a great job THIS day in my eyes. I was NOT in the mood to continue sitting, waiting and figuring on when I can get that car back for Toyotas recall nightmare. THANK YOU AMANDA MALLORY for being prompt and doing EXACTLY what you said WHEN you said you would!!! It is SO refreshing to get customer service that actually serves, and does not further complicate or piss off a paying customer. I applaud you, Amanda! As simple a task as it was - emailing cards - and making sure to do it WHEN it was needed - lady, you're alright with me. Kudos on doing not only what you're paid to do, but what you're EXPECTED to do - and you did it with a smile. I don't even live in that area any more, BUT due to the prompt and PERSONABLE service I've received, I refused to find a local agent. They do it by phone better than some do in person.
