  This is only in regards to their loan department. I have no idea what their usual banking services are like. Avoid this place like the plague for your home mortgage. The list of everything that they handled incorrectly is too vast to write here, but a couple examples include: --Telling me a certain type of loan definitely would not require repairs prior to closing...and then three days later coming back with a "whoops, we were wrong"...AFTER due diligence ended and we were stuck and out the earnest money. --tripling fees of the loan after they changed it with no heads up --my loan officer, Herman Long, disclosed CONFIDENTIAL information about my loan to the seller's agent! She was so outraged by this she went to HIS boss, who did nothing. --that same loan officer attempted to negotiate a change in the contract with the seller's agent, which is illegal. She brought THIS up to his superior, again with no results. Ultimately I went to the SECU and they got this loan going for me. Luckily the seller and her agent are so disgusted with Community One they are offering me an extension so I can still get this home. Just go to the credit union. Save yourself the hassle.
